We believe that...the most simple and beautiful design is always the best design.

We love historic houses and their unending charm. We fall in love with their details and their stories. We are diy-obsessed and never take renovation shortcuts. It’s all about the long haul and a design that lasts. We blend bright, airy plant-filled spaces with antique furniture and period-appropriate pieces. We spend our weekends renovating up a storm and love (almost) every minute of it. We are Howlett & Co.

The Oregon Hill House is a 1910-era project filled with charming, historic features and floor-to-ceiling windows. Some of the renovation is complete, some is under construction, and lots more is in the works. Take a sneak peek at what we’ve finished thus far.
